Terms and Conditions

• Resale – The resale of leads is strictly forbidden in our terms of service. Leads are to be used only by licensed insurance agents.
  
   

• Calling – Leads are to be called during “reasonable” hours and within the scope of local and state calling laws. Agent has up to 90 days to contact lead and or rules set by local, state, and federal regarding contact of user initiated inquiry.
  
   

• DO NOT CALL – If a lead requests NO CONTACT , agent is prohibited from further contact with lead.
  
   

• Billing – Initial deposit required to activate account. Account may be paused or closed if billing is not paid. Any credit card or billing charge back will result in immediate suspension and up to termination of account.
  
   

• Guarantee – No guarantee of results of sales or income is given in writing or verbal. Agent results will vary based on market and skill of agent. Agent understands not every lead will result in a sale and not every lead will qualify or ultimately purchase a product. Lead quantities and lead flow varies based on traffic, no guarantee of lead quantity exists. Leads4agents.Com LLC is not responsible for results or transactions between agent and client. All leads provided “as is” without warranty or guarantee.
  
   

• Minimum Spending – A minimum initial deposit of $500 is required to activate a new account. A minimum monthly spend rate of $250 is required or account may suspend or terminate after 60 days due to inactivity. Agents may lose their “priority” of lead distribution based on account inactivity. Agents pausing their account or having inactivity for 60 days may have to initiate a new account at Leads4Agents.Com LLC request , which may require a new initial deposit.
  
   

• Account Cancel – Cancel account at any time. A refund ONLY of deposit balance (if any) will be issued via company check 30 days after such cancellation. Any unpaid account balance will be due at time of cancellation. Account cancellation can be by fax or postal mail, telephone or email cancellations are not permitted for security purposes. Verification of additional information may be required to verify your identity.
  
   

• Changes – Leads4Agents.Com LLC reserves the right to change or modify terms condition and service level at any time without notice or discontinue service, or refuse anyone service at any time for any reason.
