Q.  How many agents receive your leads?
A.  All leads are non-exclusive, which is what you want.  Exclusive leads are virtually impossible to find (despite what people tell you).  Leads go to a maximum of 4 other agents, but this is rare - most go to far less.  Excess leads can also be "cherry picked" when you login to your account

Q.  What is your lead return policy?  What is a bad lead?
A.  Not every lead is perfect, it is just not possible.  We accept requests for lead credits within 7 days for the following reasons:  BAD PHONE NUMBER, FAKE NAME OR FAKE LEAD, DIABETIC, HEARTH DISEASE, PREGNANT, AIDS / HIV, and HEP C.  Our lead harvest forms ask for major conditions and these leads should not be sent to you (unless the user fails to disclose).  We will not accept lead returns for:  BAD EMAIL, HEIGHT / WEIGHT (since short term products do not ask height and weight), OR OTHER MEDICAL CONDITIONS NOT SPECIFICALLY LISTED.  You may turn in ANY lead for manual review.  All lead credits are manually reviewed to avoid system fraud.  We reserve the right to approve or disapprove any lead and ask that our clients be fair with our return policy.  As long as you are fair, and not excessive most leads will be approved for credit.

A. We do more than just sell leads, we provide you the tools to receive leads and manage leads efficiently.  You will receive at no charge (single user is free) one of the most advanced yet easy to use lead management tools in the industry.  You can set tasks, manage your ROI, run detailed reports, send emails and newsletters, the amount of functionality is unbelievable.  We sell this system for $150 per month - you get a single user license for free if your lead spending commitment is over $250 per month (minimum).

Q.  What is you billing policy? 
A. Minimum lead purchase commitment is $250 per month.  It costs us almost $100 per month just to enable your customer relationship management (CRM) and under $250 per month you will not receive enough leads, and we can not afford to provide such services profitably.  You can set a max number of leads per day and per month, with a minimum spending of $250 per month.  You can define your areas and markets you wish to receive your leads, and whole state(s) is highly encouraged for maximum quantity. 

Minimum lead commitment is $250 per month.  You will be charged for each lead you are sent (up to your monthly max).  If your account activity in lead purchases is under $250 per month you will be charged for actual leads received.  There are no initial deposits.  If your monthly spending falls below $250 per month (due to account pausing) the minimum monthly charge is $150 per month even if inactive due to the cost of our CRM.  You may cancel your account anytime (and restart anytime as well).  Everything is outlined in our terms and conditions, nothing is hidden.
