NEW ACCOUNT QUESTIONS:
Q. What is your setup fee?
A. At this time it is waived
Q. What is you minimum monthly spending budget?
A. The minimum monthly spending budget is $250. At this time
we are not accepting orders less than $250 per month due to high demand.
We will attempt to deliver up to your maximum budget, but the amount we
deliver is not guaranteed and will vary based on Internet traffic.
Q. How does your billing work?
A. Upon sign up you are charged an amount equal to 50% of your
maximum monthly budget. At this time you may choose budget levels of
$250, $500, $750, $1000, $1500, or $2000. You will be charged 50% of
your monthly max budget upon account activation, no exceptions - with
initial deposit of no less than $500.
Q. How am I charged in the future?
A. When your account balance falls below $100, you will be charged
an amount equivalent to ONE Month's maximum budget and you will not be
charged again until your balance once again falls under $100. Due to
high fraud and collection problems we will not extend credit lines or bill
in arrears.
Q. How can I cancel?
A. You can cancel anytime via email, fax, or postal mail.
Accounts will be cancelled within 48 hours. Any balance remaining on
your account will be refunded, if applicable. All refunds are processed via
paper check and mailed within 30 days of account cancellation. If
balance is less than $50 , no refund will be issued - however leads can be
sent until balance is $0 remaining.
HEALTH INSURANCE LEADS QUESTIONS:
Q: Where do you obtain your Health Insurance leads? A: Our Health Insurance Leads aren't necessarily "obtained" - they're generated by search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN, and other strategic programs.
One of our main traffic sites is GOQUOTEME.COM . Our leads come from search engines, from customers actively seeking health insurance, and who wish to be contacted. There is no higher quality lead available.
We DO NOT have an affiliate program and DO NOT buy leads off of "webmasters", no
scams, no gimmicks.
Q: Can I exchange bad leads or uninsurable leads? A: Yes! We allow you to exchange your leads FOR ANY REASON. Simply log into your account to do so. We do ask that you exchange these leads within
10 days, and we will cap your returns at 20% of your monthly spending to prevent abuse of our fair return policy.
As a result of our filtering process, you will find far fewer bad leads with our service than with other services. Very few agents even come close to the 20% return cap.
Q: How do I control my monthly spending? A: You choose a monthly budget, minimum $250. You are never charged more than your maximum budget. We will deliver Health Insurance Leads and charge you
for what you received less any exchanges. With our Lead Management System, you can track your leads and costs, so there are no surprise bills. Simply pick your maximum budget and you are done.
Q: How do I set my daily maximum leads? Will I get flooded in one day?
A: Our system is very "intelligent" and automatically determines your
daily maximum based on your monthly budget. The system tries to evenly
spread your leads out. You may also pause and resume your account at any
time.
Q. How fresh are your leads?
A. We send all leads within 24 hours, although most are sent near
instantly we reserve the right to distribute leads up to 24 hours from time
of lead generation or processing.
Q: Do you offer any new account promotions or referral bonuses? A: Yes. You can receive up to $100 in Free Health Insurance Leads after establishing and paying for service. You can also receive up to $100 in Free Health Insurance Leads by referring another agent. Both of these programs have conditions and restrictions, so please contact us for details.
